JOB SUMMARY:  This Wholesale Sales Administrator is responsible for; learning key account portals in depth and monitoring in stock levels, communicating with replenishment buyers, new account setup forms, manages incoming wholesale calls, monitoring PO's, contract requests, COI's & managing RMA's and other requests as they arise. 

 POSITION DUTIES:                          

  • In depth understanding of all key account portals
  • Assisting wholesale account managers with marketing related requests
  • Respond appropriately and efficiently to wholesale client email inquiries as well as inquiries from wholesale B2B phone calls
  • Monitor in stock amounts at retail and recommend shipments
  • Pull reports for in stock, on order and shipments by retailer
  • Monitor PO's for accuracy & on time shipment
  • Account New item setup forms and other necessary account forms
  • Manage  orders, back orders, contract requests, COI's
  • Communication- Work with the replenishment buyers & sales team:  Recommended replenishment / out of stocks, Shipment Tracking, Backorders, Delays, Artwork Needs.
  • Update new product information in MAS
  • Will help facilitate; extension requests, RMA requests, PCA's and company business which relates to the Wholesale Department
  • Handle multiple assignments, timely deadlines and all wholesale expectations as assigned by account managers & department manager
  • Provide detailed following up on assigned task lists, and look for ways that will simplify and assist the wholesale department to grow business and  function more efficiently
  • Other duties may be assigned as the position evolves.

 POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Associates degree in business or related field Bachelors preferred
  • 3-5 years of B2B experience in an administrative role
  • Extremely detailed oriented, self-managed and a team player
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute (60-80 WPM preferred)
  • Preferred candidate will have experience performing administrative functions, which may include experience in Sales Logix, MASS, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience managing multiple tasks on a daily basis
  • Assertive personality, assuring that time sensitive deadlines are met
  • Strong organizational skills and have the ability to effectively handle a workload consisting of multiple projects and priorities. 
  • Should be able to conduct themselves in a professional manner while dealing with outside & in-house business contacts.
