JOB SUMMARY:

            The Call Center Sales Agent is responsible for answering incoming calls and effectively selling products and services to new and existing customers.  Call Center Sales Agents are happy, confident and love to speak with clients as they assumptively recommend products that are geared toward helping customers reach their lifestyle goals.  The Call Center Sales Agent may also make outbound phone calls to existing clientele to continue to provide support through the sale of additional products and services.  

POSITION DUTIES:        

  • Assumptively sell products and services to new and existing customers
  • Consistently meet/exceed Key Sales Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Place outbound follow-up calls to existing customers, as required
  • Pass along customer feedback through the appropriate channels
  • Perform basic customer account maintenance activities
  • Meet Quality Assurance requirements
  • Other duties may be assigned as the position evolves

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:            

  • High School Diploma or equivalent     
  • 1 + year(s) of Call Center or sales experience (preferred)
  • College degree preferred, but not required

 REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: 

  • Sales – must possess the ability to make assumptive and persuasive sales offers.   
  • Must be able to understand a customer's concerns and hesitations and overcome common buying objections
  • Coachable – must be receptive to approaching the sales process as demonstrated
  • Basic computer literacy – must be able to generally navigate order processing systems as well as Microsoft Office applications
  • Communication – must possess excellent oral communication abilities
  • Intrinsically motivated – must be a self-starter and able to work well both with and without close supervision
  • Professional - must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone
  • Adaptable – must demonstrate the ability to learn new processes and basic order center software (CRM) systems quickly
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a PLUS

SHIFT REQUIREMENTS:

1:30PM-10PM (FT)

6PM-10PM (PT)

BOTH WEEKEND DAYS ARE REQUIRED (SAT/SUN)
